The GUD Coffee Company
The Brief
The GUD Coffee Company are a new brand of coffee to hit the shelves in supermarkets and for cafes. The brief was to create a simple but modern packaging design for three flavours of coffee. The designs had to be harmonious with each other but create depth and impact.
GUD coffee have a demographic from 30-40yr olds, who appreciate high quality coffee and an eye for contemporary design. It was imperitive that the branding was simple and sleek, yet not too simplistic or too much noise. Competition on the shelves are usually bold designs such as Taylors or very stripped back with just brown packaging, the finished product was aiming to be somewhere in the middle.
The non negotiables required are three designs and advertising campaigns which aligned with the brands guidelines. A social media campaign would be ideal to promote the new business.
